If you want to gain muscle, select this plan. Simply select the amount of meals you'd like per week. Once your order comes through, we'll pick out the options from the current menu that's high in protein. If you’d like to select the meals yourself though, type in your choices into the notes section upon checkout. If you're happy for us to select your meals, but have certain dietary requirements like meat preferences or allergies, add that to the notes and we'll cater your choices around this information.
