If you want to gain muscle, select this plan. Simply select the amount of meals you'd like per week. Once your order comes through, we'll pick out the options from the current menu that are high in protein. Your meals will be selected for 4 weeks for the duration of your plan.
If you’d like to select the meals yourself, simply add your choices into the notes section. When it comes to the following week(s), drop us a message on any of our social channels, or email us your choices via email@example.com. If you're happy for us to select your meals, but have certain dietary requirements like meat preferences or allergies, add that to the notes and we'll cater your choices around this information.
