Meal Plans And How They Work

We appreciate that the way the you order the current weekly and monthly plans may seem a bit confusing, which is why we've made this page to try and help take away any uncertainties you may have!

Weekly Plan

Simply select the amount of meals you'd like per week. Once your order comes through, we'll pick out the options from the current menu that's either high in protein - including an additional serving of the meat / main protein providers from the vegan range, or the meals that are low in calories and carbohydrates if you select the low calorie range. Likewise, if it is a vegan range you've selected, we'll add a number of our most enjoyed and tasty vegan dishes for your plan.

Monthly Plan

Our monthly plan works on a similar bases to our weekly plan range, except it's over the course of four weeks - so essentially you're simply pre-ordering your meals for an extra three weeks, as well as saving yourself 10% off the overall cost!

Once your order comes through, we'll pick out the options from the current menu that's either high in protein - including an additional serving of the meat / main protein providers from the vegan range, or the meals that are low in calories and carbohydrates if you select the low calorie range. Likewise, if it is a vegan range you've selected, we'll add a number of our most enjoyed and tasty vegan dishes for your plan.

Amount of Meals

The amount of meals you choose is completely down to you. Depending on the delivery service selected, we'll either send them out in two batches (half the amount ordered), or all in one go. If it's for a monthly plan, whatever options you chose originally will be carried out for the next three weeks. If you would prefer this to be changed though, you can send us a message on any of our social channels or via email, and we'll alter your order accordingly. 

How we Select Your Meals

If you are happy for us to choose your meals depending on the chosen plan, we'll always try and pick the meals that make the most sense depending on your goals.

How You Can Choose Your Meals

However, if you would rather pick your own dishes, then please simply add what you would like into the notes section. If you've chosen a monthly plan, you'll only be able to add a note for the current week or when you have ordered, in this case simply drop us an email or message us on any of our social channels and we'll process your meal choice. 

Dietary Requirements / Allergies

If you are happy for us to pick your meals, but there are certain elements you don't like or are allergic to, please simply add them into the notes and we'll ensure that we don't select any dishes that contain this.
