This plan is perfect if you want to lose weight. Simply select the amount of meals you'd like per week. Once your order comes through, we'll pick out the options from the current menu that's low in calories.
If you’d like to select the meals yourself, simply add your choices into the notes section. If you're happy for us to select your meals, but have certain dietary requirements like meat preferences or allergies, add that to the notes and we'll cater your choices around this information.
